The core editing feature of the Service — background whitening and grid processing — runs locally in your browser. Your photo files are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers as part of this process.
2. Information We Do Collect
- Account information: email address and password (hashed) provided when creating an account.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment/subscription status but do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Credit and usage data: your credit balance, credit ledger (including the signup bonus and purchases), and saved grid-line presets.
- Support communications: records of any support correspondence.
3. How We Use Information
To provide/maintain your account and process payments; track credit balances and free-credit allowances; respond to support requests; improve the Service based on aggregate usage; send service-related communications (receipts, password resets). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies
Used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Controllable via browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
Stripe (payments) and our cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, which store your account and billing records. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services.
6. Data Retention
Account, credit, and billing information is retained while your account is active, and as needed for legal/tax compliance after closure. Your photos are never retained by us, since they are never uploaded.
